In these uncertain times it’s natural that so many of our valued customers are taking the opportunity to support their health with supplements. As a company we are more dedicated than ever before to ensure the very best levels of service possible. Here are just some of the steps we’re taking to ensure you receive the supplements you need in a timely and safe manner…

Customer Care Team

Our customer care team is still fully operational and our friendly UK-based team are available during business hours to answer any queries you may have. Thanks to the technology we use, all team members are now working from home, yet have full access to our systems in order to process your order or answer delivery questions.

Warehouse Facilities

Our hard-working colleagues are working tirelessly to dispatch deliveries just as quickly as ever before. As usual, we’re still offering same-day dispatch for deliveries received by midday. Our team is using every possible mechanism to stay safe, including strict social distancing rules and the regular use of antiviral hand sanitiser.

Stock Availability

We have seen unprecedented demand for our supplements recently, with a particular focus on immunity lines such as vitamin C, D and zinc. Fortunately, we began working with our suppliers many months ago on contingency plans for just such an event. As a result we not only have replacement stock arriving on a daily basis, but also new lines being developed specially for us.

Should you be unlucky enough to find that your desired supplement is out of stock then we would encourage you to use our stock alert system - either online or via our call centre - so we can let you know as soon as fresh stock arrives.

Delivery Updates

Our trusted shipping partners continue to work around the clock to deliver orders in a timely manner. We are in regular contact with our partners and are carefully responding to changing business circumstances.

Despite the increased demand for home shopping the vast majority of orders are arriving as expected. In a tiny minority of cases there may be minor delays due to circumstances outside our control, and we thank you for your patience in these situations.

The health and wellbeing of our customers is of paramount importance for all of us here at Simply Supplements. Ordering online or over the phone ensures you can receive the supplements you need without having to venture out in public during these uncertain times.

Our supplements are manufactured in the UK under the strictest of conditions, and all our supplements arrive in sealed containers with a foil or plastic covering. Combined with the precautions taken by our warehouse team, we really are taking every possible step to ensure your safety. And remember, should you have any questions or concerns at all our customer care team are standing by ready to help.
