These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (Simply Supplements) to you on the simplysupplements.co.uk website. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Simply Supplements, whose registered address is Unit 5 Broadway Station Bridge, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3EL (VAT Reg No: GB 332909500) and you the customer. Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing Simply Supplements products. By ordering our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 

General

Items sold by Simply Supplements are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Peterborough, the United Kingdom. All purchases made by you are completed and performed in the UK and UK law shall govern every aspect of the contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us.  
 

Our Contract

When you place an order on our website to purchase goods from us, this constitutes an "Offer to Buy" from you. 

Our “Order Confirmation” emails are to confirm that we have received your “Offer to Buy”. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order based on these.

We accept this order when we send you an "Order Shipment" email confirming that we have dispatched the goods you have ordered from us. That acceptance will be deemed to be complete and communicated to you at the time we send the Shipment email, whether you receive that email or not.  
  

Free Gifts

Free gifts offered with promotions are subject to availability and suitable alternatives may be provided if stocks run out. Minimum spend requirements must be met if applicable.

Free gifts are not included in the 30 day money back guarantee and hold no monetary value. They are not eligible for exchange and cannot be replaced or claimed as lost in the post.

We regret that we are currently unable to dispatch free gifts to addresses outside the UK.

Sale and third-party 'Marketplace' products are excluded from offer codes, discounts and promotions unless stated otherwise.

Social Media Competitions

Facebook 'Win it Wednesday' Competitions

  1. Our Win it Wednesday competitions begin on the Wednesday morning that the dedicated competition post is set live on either the Simply Supplements or VitaPaws Facebook page and close the same day at 23.59pm
     
  2. The winner(s) are chosen on the following working day and announced on the Simply Supplements or VitaPaws Facebook page as well as messaged directly. Failure to respond to our message and provide your address within 3 days may result the prize being forfeited.
     
  3. The number of winners and prizes available will be outlined in the competition post and are subject to availability. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Ratings and Reviews

To leave a product rating or review you must have purchased that product. All product and service reviews are collected and verified by a third-party UK-based ratings and review company.  

By submitting a product and/or service rating or review, you grant Simply Supplements the right to use this content non-exclusively and royalty free on our website or as part of our marketing, advertising, or communication correspondence to help others with their purchasing decisions. Please carefully choose the information you post through the ratings and review service and therefore provide to other users of Simply Supplements.

The purpose of reviews is to help people who haven't shopped with Simply Supplements or bought the product before to learn from the experiences of those that have.

Import Duty and VAT

The prices payable for goods as set out on the website are inclusive of VAT and shipping/handling costs for UK buyers.

EU deliveries are charged in GBP and dispatched from our EU-based warehouse. Prices may vary. Prices are quoted net of import VAT, customs duty and other levies or taxes. As an importer of the goods into these member states, you are solely responsible for all import VAT, customs duty, other levies, tariffs or taxes and these may be payable on delivery of the goods to you.  

International orders may be similarly subject to import taxes, customs duties and other levies. Prices quoted exclude these fees, and it is the buyer's responsibility to settle these as necessary. Ordering from Simply Supplements signals your acceptance of these terms.
 

Payment

We'll send you an invoice/ delivery note setting out the cost of your purchase we have supplied, together with the total cost of postage and packaging if applicable. Our prices and charges are shown in the subscription magazine and on the Website. We reserve the right to request that we receive payment from you before we supply any products to you.
 

Ownership and Title

All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises in Peterborough. All sales are ex-works. This means that the sale is completed in the UK and all goods remain in the UK before any sales transactions are conducted.
 

Electronic Communications

When you transact with Simply Supplements or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the simplysupplements.co.uk website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your legal rights.
 

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
 

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by any act or customs authority affecting the customs duty payable by you. This condition does not affect your legal rights.
 

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your relationship with us is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
 

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for breaking any of these Terms and Conditions is limited to refunding any money you've already paid for items that you haven't received or that you've returned within the agreed timescales and in the required condition. We won't be liable for any other loss or damages, unless the loss or damages are caused by our negligence or our breach of these terms and conditions.

We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, offers, specifications and descriptions. We will endeavour to do our best to correct errors and omissions as soon as practicable after we become aware of them. We shall be under no obligation to dispatch an order for products/offers which have been advertised incorrectly but we shall give you the option to either cancel the order or confirm the order at the correct price.

Delivery

Membership Period

Your SimplyUnlimited™ membership runs for 12 calendar months from the date you sign up.

Renewal

There is no need to manually renew your SimplyUnlimited™ subscription. All memberships renew automatically on the anniversary of your initial membership. The renewal fee may change during the period of your membership, and no guarantees are made regarding future pricing. Please check our website for the current membership fees.

Cancellations

The SimplyUnlimited™ membership fee is non-refundable. You can cancel your renewal by contacting our customer service team on 0800 988 0292 Monday – Saturday from 8am – 6pm. Cancellations must be made before the beginning of your next membership period. Simply Supplements reserves the right to withdraw the SimplyUnlimited™ service at any time and for any reason.

Service Area

SimplyUnlimited™ is only available to customers residing in the United Kingdom. Please be aware that despite our best efforts it may not be logistically possible to offer express delivery to members in outlying areas.

Delivery

Orders must be received and processed by 12 noon to guarantee same-day dispatch. Please note that whilst we aim to deliver all express parcels within their allotted time period, this may not always be possible due to circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery times exclude weekends and national holidays. Products that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched when they arrive in our distribution centre.

Investigating late arrival

Postage & Packaging Charges


Standard tracked delivery to UK addresses: £1.99 or FREE when you spend £20 or more
Express tracked delivery to UK addresses: £3.99
European and International delivery: Calculated on weight and size

For all European and International orders, delivery charges will vary depending on the total weight and size of the order. As you add products to your basket the delivery charge will automatically update. With this new service, we hope to offer all our international customers fair and competitive delivery charges.

Standard Delivery Service

All orders within the UK are delivered by courier using our tracked delivery service and should arrive within 2-3 working days excluding the day of dispatch. Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch, otherwise orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Estimated delivery periods exclude bank holidays. European and international orders are delivered by the country's local post, so delivery times may vary. Please note that we are unable to investigate the non-arrival of goods until 8 working days after dispatch for UK orders and 24 working days after dispatch for international orders.

Please bear in mind that these delivery times are approximations and during busy periods delivery may be slightly longer.

If you would like your goods delivered to a PO BOX address please select next-day delivery when placing your order. All orders placed using next-day delivery are dispatched with a different courier, which can deliver to PO BOX addresses.
 

Express Delivery Service

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday using our tracked express delivery service should arrive with customers the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

Estimated delivery periods exclude bank holidays and apply to UK orders only.  Please bear in mind that these delivery times are approximations and during busy periods delivery may be slightly longer.

Customers who have subscribed as a Simply Unlimited™ member will enjoy free express delivery on all orders within a 12-month period.

Orders received before 12 noon Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Subject to stock availability - out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they arrive. For full terms please click here.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your order you must contact our customer care team immediately, by either calling us on 0800 988 0292 or via the online chat service on our website (open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday). Please note that all emails are responded to within 48 hours on working days, so your request may not be actioned within enough time before your parcel has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, because we process all orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that we’ll always be able to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched.

We do offer a free UK returns policy, so any unwanted, unopened item(s) can be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a no quibble refund or exchange.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are received back into our warehouse. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the product(s); delivery costs will not be refunded. Products must be returned to the warehouse they were dispatched from.

Please note that if an order is cancelled or refused delivery after dispatch from our EU warehouse, we will deduct a flat fee of 10 Euros to cover our shipping charges.
