How does the VitaPaws™ refer-a-friend scheme work?

If you would like to recommend Simply Supplements or VitaPaws™ to a friend, we'll give your friend a welcome discount of 20% off their first order. As a thank you, we'll also give you 20% off your next order once your friend places their first order with us.

There are a few ways you can refer a friend:

I've been referred to VitaPaws™ by a friend and they said I need to enter their name to claim my discount. Where can I do this?

On the checkout page please select "Been referred by a friend?" and enter your friend's name. Once you have confirmed the friend who referred you, you will be able to access your unique voucher code. You can then enter this code in the voucher code box as you're placing your order.

I've referred someone. How do I know whether they've bought anything and whether I've got a reward?

When your friend claims their welcome reward, you will receive an email telling you that your rewards are due. The email will have come from info@mention-me.com as Mention Me are the company who manage our refer-a-friend scheme for us.

Alternatively, you can see the status of your referrals on the Mention Me dashboard. You will be able to find the link to this at the bottom the email you receive when you sign up for our refer-a-friend scheme.

Please note, in order qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new VitaPaws™ and Simply Supplements customer. The referral discount can be claimed on both VitaPaws™ and Simply Supplements products.
