This amount of EPA and DHA is proven to support the heart, brain and eyes, while vitamins A and D are crucial for healthy immune function. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and helps to preserve the potency of the other nutrients.

Many liquid cod liver oil supplements have an unpleasant taste and this can lead people to stop taking them, despite the long list of health benefits.
