These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (Simply Supplements) to you on the simplysupplements.co.uk website. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Simply Supplements, whose registered address is Unit 5 Broadway Station Bridge, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3EL (VAT Reg No: GB 332909500) and you the customer. Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing Simply Supplements products. By ordering our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

General

Items sold by Simply Supplements are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Peterborough, the United Kingdom. All purchases made by you are completed and performed in the UK and UK law shall govern every aspect of the contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us. 

Our Contract

When you place an order on our website to purchase goods from us, this constitutes an "Offer to Buy" from you.

Our “Order Confirmation” emails are to confirm that we have received your “Offer to Buy”. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order based on these.

We accept this order when we send you an "Order Shipment" email confirming that we have dispatched the goods you have ordered from us. That acceptance will be deemed to be complete and communicated to you at the time we send the Shipment email, whether you receive that email or not.

Free Gifts

Free gifts offered with promotions are subject to availability and suitable alternatives may be provided if stocks run out. Minimum spend requirements must be met if applicable.

Free gifts are not included in the 30 day money back guarantee and hold no monetary value. They are not eligible for exchange and cannot be replaced or claimed as lost in the post.

We regret that we are currently unable to dispatch free gifts to addresses outside the UK.

Promotions

We regularly offer our customers vouchers and promotions on our website, through email marketing campaigns, affiliate websites and other marketing channels. Voucher codes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers (eg. sale products or multibuy promotions). Cashback via our affiliate partners may not be paid if a voucher code is used, please see the terms and conditions on the cashback provider's website before proceeding with your purchase.

Sale and third-party 'Marketplace' products are excluded from offer codes, discounts and promotions unless stated otherwise. SimplyUnlimited subscriptions are excluded from all promotions.

All unique, personal offer codes are single-use only and can only be redeemed once.

For all multibuy promotions, the cheapest item(s) in the basket will be discounted. If you return an item purchased using this offer, you will only pay for what what you keep, if the total is less than what you originally paid, you will be refunded the difference.

1.1 The promoter of this competition (“Competition”) is Pinnacle Health Nutrition Ltd, trading as Simply Supplements, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10557314, with its registered office at Unit 5 Broadway Station Bridge, Yaxley, Peterborough, England, PE7 3EL (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, suppliers, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request proof of age, identity, and qualifying purchase.

3. Opening and Closing Dates

3.1 The LoveToShop Gift Card Competition will run from 00:01 on 3/3/2026 to 23:59 on 20/4/2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry is obtained by making a qualifying purchase from Simply Supplements via www.simplysupplements.co.uk, by telephone, or by mail order during the Promotional Period using an offer code found in the March/April Simply Supplements brochure. These codes start with the letters “DM”.

4.2 Each completed purchase transaction constitutes one (1) automatic entry. Multiple entries are permitted; each qualifying purchase will count as a separate entry.

4.3 Entries made via any other method will not be accepted.

4.4 The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, failed, or faulty transactions, nor for any technical issues preventing entry.

4.5 Free postal entries are available. See section 12 below.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize is:

1 (one) x £500 (Five Hundred Pound) LoveToShop Voucher (“Prize”).
5 (five) x £100.00 (One Hundred Pound) LoveToShop Vouchers (“Prize”).

5.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or credit alternative is available.

5.3 If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a computer-generated random selection process within 7 days of the Competition closing.

6.2 The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

6.3 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.

6.4 The Promoter may request proof of purchase and identification before issuing the Prize.

7. Prize Delivery

7.1 The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK postal address or email within 7 days of confirmation and verification.

7.2 The Promoter accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party courier services or for items lost or damaged in transit.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data supplied during entry will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8.2 Data will be used solely for the administration of this Competition unless the entrant has provided separate consent for additional marketing communication.

8.4 The winner’s title, surname and county may be published or made available to comply with the UK CAP Code. Entrants may request suppression of this information.

9. Publicity

9.1 The winner may be asked, but is not obliged, to participate in reasonable publicity activities related to the Competition.

9.2 Any publicity materials created may be used across Simply Supplements’ marketing channels, subject to the winner’s consent, where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Promoter shall not be responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of events beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence), the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by entrants in connection with the Competition or the Prize.

11. Disqualification

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who breach these Terms and Conditions, tamper with the entry process, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.

11.2 Entries from third parties, syndicates, or automated systems are prohibited.

12. Free Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter this Competition. To enter without making a purchase, entrants may send their full name, postal address, email address and telephone number on a postcard to:

13. General

13.1 By entering this Competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

13.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Competition only where unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, and where it does not unfairly prejudice the interests of participants.

13.3 These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

To request a refund under this guarantee, simply contact our Customer Care team via email, phone, or live chat. You will need to provide your order reference number, full name, and contact details.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
  • Claims are only valid on your first purchase of the product.
  • A maximum of three claims per household can be made in a 12-month period.
  • Refunds cover the cost of the product only. Shipping and postage costs will not be refunded.

Facebook 'Win it Wednesday' Competitions

  1. Our Win it Wednesday competitions begin on the Wednesday morning that the dedicated competition post is set live on either the Simply Supplements or VitaPaws Facebook page and close the same day at 23.59pm
  2. The winner(s) are chosen on the following working day and announced on the Simply Supplements or VitaPaws Facebook page as well as messaged directly. Failure to respond to our message and provide your address within 3 days may result the prize being forfeited.
  3. The number of winners and prizes available will be outlined in the competition post and are subject to availability. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  4. Any posts containing anything foul, offensive or deemed as spam will result in the user being removed from the competition.
  5. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Ratings and Reviews

To leave a product rating or review you must have purchased that product. All product and service reviews are collected and verified by a third-party UK-based ratings and review company.

By submitting a product and/or service rating or review, you grant Simply Supplements the right to use this content non-exclusively and royalty free on our website or as part of our marketing, advertising, or communication correspondence to help others with their purchasing decisions. Please carefully choose the information you post through the ratings and review service and therefore provide to other users of Simply Supplements.

The purpose of reviews is to help people who haven't shopped with Simply Supplements or bought the product before to learn from the experiences of those that have.

PriceMatch

In order to uphold our "Lowest Price in the UK" guarantee, we promise to refund you the difference plus 10% if you have bought a product from us and have then found an identical product cheaper elsewhere. Please review the following conditions below to confirm the eligibility for the price match. We ask that you kindly ensure that the competing product fulfils each of the following conditions before proceeding with a "PriceMatch Plus 10%" claim:

  • Products are of the Same Strength- Price matches cannot be carried out on products of a different specification or ingredient
  • UK or Channel Islands Based- The price match company must be UK or Channel Island registered and the product must be manufactured in the UK.

Import Duty and VAT

The prices payable for goods as set out on the website are inclusive of VAT and shipping/handling costs for UK buyers.

EU deliveries are charged in GBP and dispatched from our EU-based warehouse. Prices may vary. Prices are quoted net of import VAT, customs duty and other levies or taxes. As an importer of the goods into these member states, you are solely responsible for all import VAT, customs duty, other levies, tariffs or taxes and these may be payable on delivery of the goods to you.

Payment

We'll send you an invoice/ delivery note setting out the cost of your purchase we have supplied, together with the total cost of postage and packaging if applicable. Our prices and charges are shown in the subscription magazine and on the Website. We reserve the right to request that we receive payment from you before we supply any products to you.

Ownership and Title

All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises in Peterborough. All sales are ex-works. This means that the sale is completed in the UK and all goods remain in the UK before any sales transactions are conducted.

Electronic Communications

When you transact with Simply Supplements or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the simplysupplements.co.uk website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your legal rights.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by any act or customs authority affecting the customs duty payable by you. This condition does not affect your legal rights.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your relationship with us is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for breaking any of these Terms and Conditions is limited to refunding any money you've already paid for items that you haven't received or that you've returned within the agreed timescales and in the required condition. We won't be liable for any other loss or damages, unless the loss or damages are caused by our negligence or our breach of these terms and conditions.

We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, offers, specifications and descriptions. We will endeavour to do our best to correct errors and omissions as soon as practicable after we become aware of them. We shall be under no obligation to dispatch an order for products/offers which have been advertised incorrectly but we shall give you the option to either cancel the order or confirm the order at the correct price.
