Subscribe and Save is an easy and practical way to ensure that you never run out of your favourite supplements. You’ll also receive 10% off the current selling price of the supplements that you choose, though please note that prices can change on occasion. Re-orders are automatically fulfilled on the schedule that you set when ordering, and amendments can be made up to the day before dispatch.

Delivery

Subscribe and Save uses our free delivery service, helping to keep your costs down. Orders take approximately 2 working days to arrive for UK customers. Please note that Bank Holidays and weekends are excluded from this delivery estimate, and that on rare occasions delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control.

European and international orders are delivered by your country’s local postal service, and delivery times may vary in accordance with this.

Payment

Payment for Subscribe and Save orders is generated using a valid credit or debit card; you can update your payment details at any time by contacting our customer service team. Please note that any new payment details provided via your online account will be used for any new and existing Subscribe and Save products you may have.  Sadly, we are unable to accept payment for this service via cheque, PayPal, Direct Debit or Standing Order.

Substitutions

In rare cases where your chosen products are out of stock, Simply Supplements may opt to dispatch an equal or superior product. In such an eventuality we will try to contact you to discuss any substitutions before dispatch.

Offers and Promotions

We regret that the Subscribe and Save discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available.

Changing Your Order

You have complete control over your Subscribe and Save schedule throughout your subscription. Any changes may be made over the telephone with our friendly customer service team on 0800 988 0292.
