Payment for all Subscribe and Save orders will be taken from the registered payment method on the day your order is created. All details provided are securely encrypted with our payment provider.

For subscriptions created after the 7/6/2026 you can manage your subscription on your account page.

Yes you can. For orders set up before 08/06/2026, simply give our Customer Care team a call on 0800 988 0292 Monday – Friday from 8am – 6pm or Saturday 8am - 1 pm, and we will be able to amend the timing of your orders. You can also contact us by email or online chat.
For orders set up after 07/06/2026, you can edit your subscription plan frequency in your account.
