What is Evening Primrose Oil?
Originally native to areas of North America, the evening primrose plant can be found today in most arable areas around the world, with there now being around 150 different varieties.
The oil that is pressed from the seeds of the evening primrose plant has been popularly consumed for years in supplement form, due to the oil containing a high quantity of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), a fatty acid that belongs to the omega 6 family.

Ingredients: Evening Primrose Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerol, Aqua), Vitamin E Oil (D-Alpha-Tocopheryl-Acetate, Sunflower Oil), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).
Take one to three capsules daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.
