Start by eating for energy. Protein and carbohydrates are hugely important for sustained energy throughout the day and energy packed snacks such as fruits, nuts and cheese help to starve off feelings of fatigue. Dehydration is a common cause of fatigue so ensure you drink at least 2 litres of water each day while avoid energy zappers such as coffee and sugar.
