Our geranium essential oil is extracted from the Pelargonium graveolens plant. As a group, there are over 280 recognised members of the Pelargonium family spread across the world.
Pelargonium graveolens is originally an African species, found growing naturally in areas such as South Africa, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. It possesses dainty pink flowers and grows up to 4 feet in height. However, thanks to its popularity and diverse array of uses it is now cultivated around the world. It may even be purchased as a tender garden plant here in the UK.
What makes Pelargonium graveolens so valuable is revealed by its common name: the rose-scented geranium. The essential oil from rose-scented geraniums has long been used in fragrance production and, it is considered by many to be one of the most important ingredients in the industry.
Besides its use to create delicate floral fragrances, soaps and other cosmetics, it has long been popular for aromatherapy.
Our geranium essential oil originates from Egypt, where it is extracted by steam distillation before bottling and transportation to our warehouse. Our manufacturer is a registered member of the International Federation of Aromatherapy to ensure the finest quality oil every time.

All orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and should arrive within their allotted time period. Orders placed after 12 noon, on a weekend or over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Our courier is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses using our free 48-hour tracked delivery service. If you need your goods delivering to a PO Box, please select our 24-hour express delivery service when placing your order.
Please be aware that on rare occasions or during busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to investigate the non-arrival of goods until after 2 working days.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order you must contact our customer care team immediately, by either calling us on 0800 988 0292 or via the online chat service on our website (open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday). Please note that all emails are responded to within 48 hours on working days, so your request may not be actioned within enough time before your parcel has been dispatched.
Unfortunately, because we process all orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that we’ll always be able to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched.
We do offer a free UK returns policy, so any unwanted, unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a no quibble refund or exchange. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the items.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received back into our warehouse. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the products; delivery costs will not be refunded.
