Lemongrass essential oil has a deliciously zingy and uplifting aroma that is stimulating and energising. It is also allegedly a very effective insect repellent if used in a diffuser on warm summer evenings due to its high citronella content.
Our lemongrass essential oil comes from the Cymbopogon flexuosus plant, commonly known as East Indian lemongrass. Lemongrass is typically grown across much of Asia, and can reach a height of 2 metres.
Lemongrass essential oil is extracted using steam distillation of the fresh leaves and stems. The resultant oil is then carefully packed into tinted glass bottles to maintain its valuable properties.
With the raw materials for our essential oils being sourced from around the globe, we've been mindful to work closely with a Sedex-registered supplier. This means that great effort is made to ensure sustainable production processes are used, and also that ethical trade guidelines are followed.

All orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and should arrive within their allotted time period. Orders placed after 12 noon, on a weekend or over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Our courier is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses using our free 48-hour tracked delivery service. If you need your goods delivering to a PO Box, please select our 24-hour express delivery service when placing your order.
Please be aware that on rare occasions or during busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to investigate the non-arrival of goods until after 2 working days.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order you must contact our customer care team immediately, by either calling us on 0800 988 0292 or via the online chat service on our website (open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday). Please note that all emails are responded to within 48 hours on working days, so your request may not be actioned within enough time before your parcel has been dispatched.
Unfortunately, because we process all orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that we’ll always be able to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched.
We do offer a free UK returns policy, so any unwanted, unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a no quibble refund or exchange. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the items.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received back into our warehouse. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the products; delivery costs will not be refunded.
