Our products are independently tested to help ensure they meet strict quality, purity, and safety standards. Testing may include checks for ingredient identity, potency, microbiological contamination, purity, and other quality markers to help support consistency, safety, and product integrity.

Our supplements are manufactured using trusted quality control processes and to recognised industry standards, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles where applicable. We are also proud to hold SALSA accreditation, demonstrating that our operational and quality management processes meet rigorous recognised standards for safety, traceability, and quality assurance across the supply chain.

In addition, we are a certified B Corp business, reflecting our commitment to high standards of social and environmental responsibility, transparency, and accountability alongside product quality.

These standards help ensure our customers can shop with confidence knowing quality, compliance, and integrity are central to everything we do.

Unfortunately, because we process all orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that we’ll always be able to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received back into our warehouse. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the products; delivery costs will not be refunded.

To offer a fair and competitive delivery charge, the cost of international deliveries will vary depending on the total weight and size of the order. As you add products and delivery address to your basket, the delivery charge will automatically update.
