Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing Simply Supplements products. By ordering our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.


Items sold by Simply Supplements are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Peterborough, the United Kingdom. All purchases made by you are completed and performed in the UK and UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us.

Our Contract

When you place an order on our website to purchase goods from us, this constitutes an "Offer to Buy" from you. 

Our “Order Confirmation” emails are to confirm that we have received your “Offer to Buy”. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order based on these.

We accept this order when we send you an "Order Shipment" email confirming that we have dispatched the goods you have ordered from us. That acceptance will be deemed to be complete and communicated to you at the time we send the Shipment email, whether you receive that email or not.

You can do this either on the homepage or as you're buying from us. There is a link just above the voucher code box during checkout saying "Been referred by a friend?". Alternatively you can click here to enter your friend's name.

Once you've confirmed the friend who referred you, you will be able to access your reward. You can then enter this code in the voucher code box as you're buying.

I've referred someone. How do I know whether they've bought anything and whether I've got a reward? 

We will email you as soon as any of your friends shop with us. The email will have come from as Mention Me are the company who manage our refer-a-friend scheme.

I entered my friend’s name and it didn’t work? 

This could be for several reasons. It could be because your friend never registered for the refer-a- friend scheme. It could be because you’re entering a nick name (that the system doesn’t recognise) rather than the name they registered with or it could be because there are more than one person with the same name signed up. If this is the case then you just need to follow the instructions to enter their email address. If you don’t know their email address then please ask them for it and come back to us.

Import Duty and VAT

The prices payable for goods as set out in the website are, inclusive of VAT and shipping/handling costs for UK buyers. We do not charge for deliveries to the UK.

For importations of goods into other EU member states, prices are quoted net of import VAT, customs duty and other levies or taxes. Ownership and Title

All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises in Peterborough. All sales are ex-works. This means that the sale is completed in the UK and all goods remain in the Channel Islands before any sales transactions are conducted.

Electronic Communications

When you transact with Simply Supplements or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by any act or customs authority affecting the customs duty payable by you. This condition does not affect your legal rights.


If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your relationship with us is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Island of Jersey.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer free returns on all products. Any unopened items returned within 30 days of the date of delivery will qualify for a no quibble refund or exchange. Please use the address below. We do advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). We regret that no refunds will be given on products that have been opened, or returned after 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received back. Cancellation Policy

At Simply Supplements we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, in the event that you wish to cancel your order, under the United Kingdom distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the item(s) within a period of 7 working days (commencing from the date the goods are received). Re-orders are automatically fulfilled on the schedule that you set when ordering, and amendments can be made up to the day before dispatch.


AutoDespatch uses our free delivery service, helping to keep your costs down. Orders take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive for UK customers. Please note that Bank Holidays and weekends are excluded from this delivery estimate, and that on rare occasions delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control.

European and international orders are delivered by your country’s local postal service, and delivery times may vary in accordance with this.


Payment for AutoDespatch orders is generated using a valid credit or debit card; you can update your payment details at any time by contacting our customer service team or via your online account. Next Day Delivery Service

Simply Supplements orders are dispatched on the same day (for orders received before 12 noon) or within 24 hours (subject to stock availability - out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they arrive).

Our Next Day Delivery Service is now at £3.50 or FREE when you spend over £50. Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday with our Next Day Delivery Service should arrive with customers on the Next business day. Estimated delivery periods exclude bank holidays. UK only.

Standard Delivery Service

For standard delivery: All standard orders within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail using our free 2-3 day service. The majority of orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday should arrive with customers within 2-3 business days excluding the day of despatch. On rare occasions, the delivery period may be 3 business days. Estimated delivery periods exclude bank holidays. The UK only. European and international orders are delivered by the country's local post. Delivery times may vary.

Please bear in mind that these delivery times are approximations and during busy periods delivery may be slightly longer.

Please note that we are unable to investigate the non-arrival of goods until 8 working days after dispatch for UK orders, and 24 working days after dispatch for international orders.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses when orders are placed using our standard 2-day delivery service, as our couriers do not provide this service.

If you would like your goods delivered to a PO BOX address please select next-day delivery when placing your order. All orders placed using next-day delivery are dispatched with a different courier, which can deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Membership Period

Your SimplyUnlimited™ membership runs for 12 calendar months from the date you sign up.


There is no need to manually renew your SimplyUnlimited™ subscription. All memberships renew automatically on the anniversary of your initial membership. The renewal fee may change during the period of your membership, and no guarantees are made regarding future pricing. Please check our website for the current membership fees.


The SimplyUnlimited™ membership fee is non-refundable. You can cancel your renewal by contacting our customer service team on 0800 988 0292 Monday – Saturday from 8am – 6pm. Cancellations must be made before the beginning of your next membership period. Simply Supplements reserves the right to withdraw the SimplyUnlimited™ service at any time and for any reason.

Service Area

SimplyUnlimited™ is only available to customers residing in the United Kingdom. Please be aware that despite our best efforts it may not be logistically possible to offer next day delivery to members in outlying areas.


Orders must be received and processed by 12 noon to guarantee same-day dispatch. Please note that whilst we aim to deliver all express parcels the next-day, this may not always be possible due to circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery times exclude weekends and national holidays. Products that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be despatched when they arrive in our distribution centre.

Investigating late arrival

In the unfortunate circumstance that your parcel does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service team. A member of the team will be happy to look into this with our courier company and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
