What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the main active ingredients within the Cannabis sativa plant and is extracted from the flowers. Unlike THC, the psychoactive compound within cannabis which stimulates a ‘high’, CBD is not categorised as a controlled substance by the UK government and therefore can be sold as a food supplement. This is as long as the THC in the plants does not exceed 0.2% and the finished product contains less than 1mg of total THC. This is something our high strength CBD capsules strictly abide by.
The CBD found within our capsules is derived from EU certified Cannabis sativa plants which are 100% natural and non-GMO. These plants also contain the full spectrum of terpenes, flavonoids and phenols to further reinforce the quality of our CBD capsules.
