Are Simply Supplements products high quality?

GMP offers complete quality assurance; it is a set of strict pharmaceutical regulations, codes, and guidelines that ensure that food supplements are constantly manufactured and controlled to a high standard which is suitable for use. GMP is highly regarded as it verifies manufacturing excellence and demonstrates a manufacturer’s ability to produce supplements that meet both the industry’s high standards of quality and safety as well as label claims, for consistently reliable clinical outcomes.

No matter which country the raw materials are sourced from, Simply Supplements’ GMP approved products are manufactured with strict compliance to the GMP pharmaceutical guidelines in the UK. Whilst GMP certification is not a legal requirement for food supplements in the UK, Simply Supplements choose to recognise it as it offers genuine quality assurance.

What is the Discount Code requested on the order form page of your brochure?

This unique code entitles you to various promotions and offers which are exclusive to the brochure you receive. This includes free gifts, special offers, vouchers and discounts on bulk buys. Please remember to use this code when ordering. This code can be found on the back page of the brochure above your name and address. The Discount Code normally includes both letters and numbers.

Do you offer a student discount?

Where do I go if I can’t find the product I want to order?

There are two facilities available to you to search for the products you are looking for. By either typing the product name or description in the 'Product Search” facility at the top right of any web page, or if you know the product code for the product you are looking for, you can enter the product code into the search bar. You can also shop by category, ailment or product A-Z for easy navigation. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us on our Freephone Orderline on 0800 988 0292, email or via our online chat service where one of our advisors will be happy to help.

What methods of ordering are available to me other than online?

How do I view the status of my order?

If you have selected our UK Express Delivery, you will be sent a tracking link within your dispatch confirmation email; this can be used to check the delivery status of your order. How do I pay for my Subscribe and Save orders?

Payment for all Subscribe and Save orders will be taken from the registered credit or debit card on the day your order is scheduled to be processed. All details provided are securely encrypted with our payment provider.

How do I amend my personal details for my Subscribe and Save order?

Can I delay or bring forward my Subscribe and Save order?

All Subscribe and Save orders sent within the UK are dispatched with our free non-tracked standard delivery service. What delivery options are available?

UK Standard Delivery

Our standard tracked delivery service is £1.99 or FREE when you spend over £20 for all UK deliveries.

All standard orders within the UK are delivered by courier using our tracked delivery service. The majority of orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday should arrive with customers within 2-3 business days after dispatch. Order before 12 noon Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. On rare occasions, the delivery period may be longer. Estimated delivery periods exclude bank holidays.

UK Express Delivery  

Our tracked express delivery service is £3.99 for all UK deliveries. 

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday using our express delivery service should arrive with customers within 1 business day after dispatch. Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Estimated delivery periods exclude bank holidays and apply to UK orders only. 

European/International Delivery

All European and international orders are dispatched from our EU-based warehouse for speed of delivery. Non-UK parcels are delivered by the country's local post. Pricing is based on the destination and weight of the parcel. We advise approximately 10-15 working days for delivery. We must allow 24 working days before investigating the non-delivery of any orders sent outside of the UK.

Can I return my products for a refund or exchange?

We offer free returns on unopened items for a refund or exchange. Simply return the item(s) unused within 30 days of the day of delivery and we will refund the amount charged or arrange for a replacement item(s) to be dispatched. Products must be returned to the original dispatch warehouse.

Please note that if an order is cancelled or refused delivery after dispatch from our EU warehouse we will deduct a flat fee of 10 Euros to cover our shipping charges.

We do advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). We regret that no refunds or exchanges will be given on products that have been used or returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Who do I contact if I receive the incorrect items or my products have been damaged in the post?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you have received the incorrect products, simply call our Customer Services Department on 0800 988 0292 who will be happy to ensure that you are re-sent the correct products without delay. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or using our online chat service.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order you must contact our customer care team immediately, by either calling us on 0800 988 0292 or via the online Chat service on our website (open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday). Please note that all emails are responded to within 48 hours on working days, so your request may not be actioned within enough time before your parcel has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, because we process all orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that we’ll always be able to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched.

We do offer a free UK returns policy, so any unwanted, unopened item(s) can be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a no quibble refund or exchange.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are received back into our warehouse. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the product(s); delivery costs will not be refunded. Products must be returned to the warehouse they were dispatched from.

Please note that if an order is cancelled or refused delivery after dispatch from our EU warehouse, we will deduct a flat fee of 10 Euros to cover our shipping charges.

As a result, you don’t need to worry about remembering to renew your membership as it will automatically renew on the anniversary of your subscription. For added peace of mind please know that you can cancel your membership at any time over the phone.

What if I see a product cheaper elsewhere?

In order to uphold our ‘Lowest Price in the UK’ guarantee, we promise to refund you the difference plus 10% if you buy a product from us and then find an identical product cheaper elsewhere. Please review the following conditions below to confirm the eligibility of the price match. We ask that you kindly ensure that the competing product fulfils each of the following conditions before proceeding with a ‘PriceMatch Plus 10%’ claim.

Products are of the same strength

Price matches cannot be carried out on products of a different specification or ingredient

UK or Channel Islands based

The price match company must be UK or Channel Island registered

You have evidence

We politely ask that if you do see the same product cheaper elsewhere, you have quantifiable evidence e.g. a leaflet with the offer, a web address for us to check, a brochure reference etc. Simply claiming that you have ‘seen’ it cheaper elsewhere does not provide sufficient evidence.
