What is the Discount Code requested on the order form page of your brochure?


This unique code entitles you to various promotions and offers which are exclusive to the brochure you receive. This includes free gifts, special offers, vouchers and discounts on bulk buys. Do you offer a student discount?


Yes, at Simply Supplements we offer an 8% discount to all valid students. To use your discount, simply follow the Student Discount link to register with Student Beans and verify your student status.

Is the quantity of tablets / capsules displayed on your site included in the Buy One Get One Free Promotion?


The amount within the brackets on our site is the TOTAL you will receive after the Buy One Get One Free promotion which is currently available on selected products. We have separated the quantities to make this clear. All our products comes with a price match promise which is if you see the same products cheaper else where we will refund the difference plus 10%. Please refer below for further details.

Where do I go if I can’t find the product I want to order?


There are two facilities available to you to search for the products you are looking for. By either typing the product name or description in the 'Product Search” facility at the top right of any web page, or if you know the product code for the product you are looking for, you can enter the product code into the search bar. You can also shop by category, ailment or product A-Z for easy navigation. I've been referred to Simply Supplements by a friend and they said I just need to enter their name to get a discount that they offered me. Where can I do this?


You can do this on the checkout page as you're buying from us. There is a link just above the voucher code box during checkout saying "Been referred by a friend?". Once you've confirmed the friend who referred you, you will be able to access your reward. You can then enter this code in the voucher code box as you're buying.

I've referred someone. How do I know whether they've bought anything and whether I've got a reward?


We will email you as soon as any of your friends shop with us. The email will come from info@mention-me.com as Mention Me are the company who manage our refer-a-friend scheme. It is also possible to see the status of your referrals on your Mention Me dashboard. You can find a link to your sharing dashboard at the bottom of the email you receive when you sign up for our refer-a-friend scheme.

I entered my friend’s name and it didn’t work?


This could be for several reasons:

  • It could be because your friend hasn't registered for the refer-a-friend scheme.
  • It could be because you’re entering a nickname (that the system doesn’t recognise) rather than the name they registered with.
  • Or it could be because there are more than one person with the same name signed up. If this is the case then you just need to follow the instructions to enter their email address. If you don’t know their email address then please ask them for it and come back to us.

What delivery options are available?


UK Standard Delivery

All standard orders within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail using our free 2-3 day service. The majority of orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday should arrive with customers within 2-3 business days excluding the day of dispatch. On rare occasions, the delivery period may be longer. Estimated delivery periods exclude bank holidays.

UK Express Delivery

This service is only available within the UK and orders are delivered via courier. Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday with this service should arrive with customers within 48 hours. For remote areas of the country delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery periods exclude bank holidays. Subject to stock availability.

European/International Delivery

All European and international orders are dispatched from our EU-based warehouse for speed of delivery. Non-UK parcels are delivered by the country's local post. Pricing is based on the destination and weight of the parcel. We advise approximately 10-15 working days for delivery. We must allow 24 working days before investigating the non-delivery of any orders sent outside of the UK.

How much Postage and Packing do you charge?


Unlike many online companies that charge substantial amounts for postage and delivery, Simply Supplements offers free standard delivery on UK online orders no matter how much you spend. You can also take advantage of our express delivery service to receive your goods the next working day.

UK Standard Delivery

(Approx. 2-3 working days excluding day of dispatch): FREE for all online orders

UK Express Delivery

(Delivered within 48 hours when ordered before 12noon): FREE for orders over £60 / £3.99 for orders under £60

International Delivery

(Approx 10 to 15 working days): Calculated based on weight. The delivery charge will be displayed prior to checkout.

Can I return my products for a refund or exchange?


At Simply Supplements we offer returns on unopened items for a refund or exchange. Simply return the item(s) unused within 30 days of the day of delivery and we will refund the amount charged or arrange for a replacement item(s) to be dispatched. Products must be returned to the original dispatch warehouse.

Please note that if an order is cancelled or refused delivery after dispatch from our EU warehouse we will deduct a flat fee of 10 Euros to cover our shipping charges.

We do advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). We regret that no refunds or exchanges will be given on products that have been used or returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you have received the incorrect products, simply call our Customer Services Department on 0800 988 0292 who will be happy to ensure that you are re-sent the correct products without delay. Do You Guarantee Next Day Delivery?

Our distribution centre works hard to offer an exceptional delivery service, and our goal is next day delivery for mainland members. Please note, however, that due to logistical limitations individuals in outlying areas such as the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands may not always receive their delivery the following day. Rest assured, when you order before midday Monday to Friday we guarantee same-day dispatch for the fastest possible delivery no matter where you live.

How Do I Renew My Membership Next Year?

SimplyUnlimited™ is designed to make staying healthy as easy as possible. As a result, you don’t need to worry about remembering to renew your membership as it will automatically renew on the anniversary of your subscription. What if I see a product cheaper elsewhere?


In order to uphold our ‘Lowest Price in the UK’ guarantee, we promise to refund you the difference plus 10% if you buy a product from us and then find an identical product cheaper elsewhere. Please review the following conditions below to confirm the eligibility of the price match. We ask that you kindly ensure that the competing product fulfils each of the following conditions before proceeding with a ‘PriceMatch Plus 10%’ claim.
