How long does delivery take?

All standard UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail using our free 2-3 day service. The majority of orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday should arrive with customers within 2-3 business days excluding the day of despatch. On rare occasions, the delivery period may be 3 business days. European and international orders are delivered by the country's local post, and delivery times may vary. If you're in a hurry to get the supplements that your pet needs, we offer a next day delivery service. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information about delivery times.

Are your products tested on animals?

How long do VitaPaws™ products take to work?

For the majority of our products, we recommend that animals take our supplements for a minimum of 12 weeks before their efficacy is assessed by the owner. However, depending on the product, more immediate effects are often observed.

Our products are developed to be safely taken by healthy adult cats and dogs. However, we cannot guarantee that from time to time idiosyncratic reaction will not occur. Can I use VitaPaws™ products if my pet is pregnant?

If your pet is pregnant or lactating, we recommend that you consult your animal's vet before using any of our products.

Can I give my pet more than one VitaPaws™ product?
